Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Herat provincial government has issued a press release announcing that Sheikh Maulana Islam Jar, the governor of this province, has discussed with Cenk Onal, the Turkish ambassador to Kabul, about expanding economic relations and facilitating investment.
