The necessity of diplomatic pressure from Islamic governments on international institutions to adopt more decisive positions against human rights violations in Palestine
In a conversation with an AVA reporter in the holy city of Mashhad, cultural and media activists stated that Islamic governments should apply the necessary pressure on international institutions in the diplomatic and political arena to adopt more decisive positions against human rights violations in Palestine and support international resolutions and decisions in favor of the Palestinian people. They stated that the foolish US and Israeli governments are seeking to occupy, invade, plunder and destroy Islamic countries. They are trying to impose their hegemony on the world and take nations hostage by committing genocide and suppressing freedom-loving nations.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Mashhad: Mohammad Dawood Afshar, a cultural and social activist, referred to the intensification of the Zionist regime's attacks on Gaza, the West Bank, Syria and Lebanon, and described the situation in the region as critical and worrying.

He emphasized that the Zionist regime, by continuing its airstrikes on Gaza and preventing the entry of humanitarian aid, is not only violating human rights, but has also exacerbated the humanitarian crisis in the region. Also, the regime's aggressive actions in the West Bank and military attacks on neighboring countries reflect aggressive and ruthless policies that are pursued with the aim of creating instability in the region.

Afshar emphasized the importance of raising awareness about the crimes of the Zionist regime, adding: Muslims should use the media and social networks to make the voices of the Palestinian people heard by the world and sensitize public opinion to these crimes.

He also emphasized the role of Islamic countries in supporting Palestine and said that Islamic governments should exert the necessary pressure on international institutions in the diplomatic and political arenas to adopt more decisive positions against human rights violations in Palestine and to support international resolutions and decisions in favor of the Palestinian people.

According to this cultural activist, one of the effective measures in supporting the Palestinian people is to collect financial and humanitarian aid for the people of Gaza and other affected areas, as well as participate in the economic boycott of the Zionist regime. He emphasized that these measures, in addition to strengthening Muslim solidarity, have a direct impact on the morale of the Palestinian people and can encourage them in their struggle for the liberation of their land.

In response to the question of why International Quds Day should be celebrated, Afshar mentioned the following points:

Supporting the rights of the Palestinian people: This day is an opportunity to defend the rights of the Palestinian people, who have been under occupation and oppression by the Zionist regime for years.

Raising global awareness: Holding Quds Day encourages the media and social activists to portray the crimes of the Zionist regime and to make the voice of the oppressed Palestinian people heard by the world.

Symbol of Islamic Unity: This day expresses the solidarity of Muslims around the world and shows that the Palestinian issue is an Islamic and human issue that requires the cooperation of all Muslims.

Condemning oppression and aggression: Celebrating this day means protesting against oppression and human rights violations in Palestine and around the world and reminds us that we should not remain silent in the face of crimes.

Encouraging practical action: This day is an opportunity to collect financial, humanitarian and political donations in support of Palestine and to strengthen freedom movements.

Continuing the Palestinian cause: Holding this day shows that the Palestinian issue will never be forgotten and will always remain on the agenda of Muslims and the international community.

Strengthening the spirit of resistance: Global support for Quds Day sends a clear message to the Palestinian people that their struggle is not alone and that their resistance is supported internationally.

In conclusion, Afshar called on all Muslims, especially Afghan refugees in the Islamic Republic of Iran, to have a large presence in the International Quds Day march and to express their support for the oppressed Palestinian nation by participating in this ceremony.

Hamid Karimi, head of the Basij community of Afghans residing in Khorasan Razavi, said in an interview with Ava in Mashhad: International Quds Day is a symbol of the awakening of the Islamic nation and the defense of the oppressed people of the world.

He added: This day is the cry of the helpless children, women, and men of Palestine that echoes from the throats of the free nations of the world. Quds Day is an opportunity for unity and solidarity of nations against arrogance, warmongers, oppressors and criminal child killers who, by shedding the blood of innocent people, bring the world into insecurity and destroy cities, homes and infrastructures of countries.

Referring to the aggressive policies of the United States, the Zionist regime and their allies, Karimi added: The foolish statesmen of the United States and Israel are seeking to occupy, invade, plunder and destroy Islamic countries. They are trying to impose their hegemony on the world and take nations hostage by committing genocide and suppressing freedom-loving nations.

The head of the Basij community of Afghans residing in Khorasan Razavi, condemning the silence of international organizations and some governments in the face of these crimes, noted: "Shame on all those who see and hear these crimes against humanity, but still remain silent! Free nations must rise up and shout to defend their lives, honor, land, and religious and human values."
