Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Afghan Red Crescent Society has issued a press release saying that Sheikh Shahabuddin Delawar, the general director of this society, met with Hussain Ahmad Butani, the head of the Qatar Red Crescent for Afghanistan.
