Cash assistance distributed to more than 5,000 needy families in Kabul and Badghis

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Based on a press release from the Ministry of Refugees and Returnees Affairs, this assistance has been distributed to 4,637 citizens in Kabul city and 170 other needy families in Badghis province in the past few days.

 

According to the ministry, people who had previously been identified by the Kabul Provincial Refugees Department in the fifth, sixth and eighth districts have received 2,900 Afghanis and a food package each.

 

Also, in Qarabagh district of Kabul province, cash assistance of 64,718 Afghanis has been distributed to 154 returnee families on 20th of Haral. This assistance was provided after identifying people in need and in cooperation with partner institutions of the Ministry of Refugees.
