The United States is seeking the complete disarmament of the Islamic Republic of Iran / The security of Afghanistan and Iran is directly linked
In a conversation with AVA reporter in Mashhad, Hojatoleslam and Muslim Sayed Hamed Malkooti-tabar; former advisor of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Syria, referring to the start of Iran-US negotiations, emphasized that reaching an agreement with Washington seems unlikely, because the US demands, including stopping the nuclear programs, disbanding the IRGC and abandoning the missile industries, are excessive and unacceptable. He also considered the security of Iran and Afghanistan to be interconnected and stated that any insecurity in one of these countries could involve the entire region.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Mashhad: Hojjatoleslam and Muslim Sayed Hamed Malkooti-Tabar, former advisor to the Islamic Republic of Iran in Syria and political affairs expert, in an exclusive interview with AVA reporter in Mashhad, stated that the roots of the differences between Iran and the United States go back to the era before the victory of the Islamic Revolution, and clarified: These differences are not related to today and yesterday. They have existed between Iran and the United States since the beginning of the Islamic Revolution, and the reason for this was the excessive interference of the United States in Iran's internal affairs. In many cases, the United States has inflicted severe blows and injuries on Iran. One of the first interventions was the coup of 28 Asad in 1953, in which the United States openly played a role and created many problems for the Iranian people.

Malkooti-Tabar added: From 1953 onwards, these problems became more and more frequent. During the Pahlavi regime, due to the pressures that existed between the two countries and behind the scenes, the Shah of Iran did not have the power to confront the United States and surrendered. He was forced to remain silent about American interference in Iran's internal affairs, both out of fear and to gain concessions from America, and because of the space and privileges he received from America. But these interferences became more and more profound day by day, until 1942 and continued from 1942 to 1957. Many American advisors were in Iran and they were exploiting Iran's resources in various fields, especially oil and energy.

According to him, the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran led to the cessation of these interferences: the Islamic Revolution of Iran stopped these interferences and did not allow America to interfere in Iran's internal affairs or plunder Iran's resources and wealth. This caused discontent and discomfort among the American rulers. They made many efforts to destroy the newly formed Islamic Republic. From the Nojeh coup to the Tabas affair, which was a widespread military attack, many events occurred. The imposed war between Iran and Iraq was also provoked by America. America provoked Saddam to drag Iran into war, and Iran was involved in an imposed war for eight years, which had no other achievements for America except destruction and harm to Muslims in two neighboring countries.

He continued: Iran also no longer allowed America to interfere in its internal affairs. The American embassy, which was known as a spy house, was occupied by a number of students, and Imam Khomeini called this action the second revolution. This action was so important that Imam Khomeini placed it in the same category as the first revolution, which was on February 12, 1998. But America's hostility continued and intensified every day.

The former Iranian advisor to Syria called the issue of nuclear energy one of the most important axes of disagreement in recent years, saying: One of the important issues that was raised in recent years was Iran's independence in the field of nuclear energy. For about 20 years, Iran had been seeking to obtain peaceful nuclear energy. But America and the West, due to their bullying spirit, did not tolerate this and deprived Iran of obtaining this energy. Iran was prevented from producing nuclear energy even when it itself was engaged in nuclear energy.

Malkooti-Tabar added: To prevent this progress, the US involved Iran in various treaties, including the NPT and the Atomic Energy Organization, and also imposed sanctions on Iran. The JCPOA was also part of this project, which aimed to deprive Iran of access to nuclear energy. However, while developing the necessary infrastructure to achieve peaceful nuclear energy, Iran tried to build the necessary trust in international forums and show that it was not seeking to produce a nuclear bomb. Iran was ready for international inspectors to come in and monitor closely.

He stated: However, the US withdrew from the JCPOA and imposed heavy sanctions on Iran. However, Iran, under the guidance of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, His Highness the Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, turned to a resistance economy and encouraged people to be self-sufficient and independent in various fields of production. Along this path, Iran tried to free itself from dependence on other countries and stand on its own two feet.

America is seeking to disarm Iran with a stick and carrot policy / The differences between Iran and the United States are not ending
This political expert, referring to the necessity of ending Iran's dependence on oil, said: We must end Iran's dependence on oil and separate Iran's annual budget from its dependence on oil. We must be self-sufficient from within and stand on our own two feet so that we can actually neutralize the enemy's cunning, cunning, hatred, and plans and turn them back to themselves. Because if we are dependent and our hands are empty, the enemy will definitely not sit idle and will destroy the Iranian nation and the Islamic Revolution of Iran.

He added: Currently, America is using the terms stick and carrot to somehow lure the other side and in the form of negotiations and dialogue, on the one hand, offers carrots and on the other, makes military threats. These days, they are also extending their hand for negotiations to disarm Iran, but they know that Iran will not surrender, because they have the spirit of independence of the Iranian people.

Stating that the US is seeking to condemn Iran in the international arena, Malkooti-Tabar said: They want to corner Iran and condemn it in a way. First, they say that they have extended their hand to Iran under the pretext of negotiations, but then they will say that Iran and the Iranians are not peace-loving and do not accept negotiations. Then they will seek conflicts, military war and attacks.

He continued: Iran has also announced in order to thwart the conspiracies of the enemies that we are willing to negotiate and will never leave the negotiating table, of course, a negotiation that is healthy and allows both parties to achieve their rights. Not a negotiation that has an upper and lower hand, nor a negotiation that is under the threat of a military attack, sanctions or paralyzing the Iranian economy. Iran has also not refused to negotiate in order to show its goodwill and gain the trust of the international community and has announced that it will negotiate. These days, today is Saturday, the official negotiations, albeit indirectly, between the United States and Iran will begin, God willing.

This political expert clarified about the prospects of the differences between Iran and the United States: Regarding the various possibilities and the end of the differences between the United States and Iran, in my opinion, these differences are not going to end. America has a bullying, tyrannical and pharaonic spirit that the Iranians will never like or accept. The Iranians will not bow down to them. Today, America will not give up with the same spirit and is trying to surrender the will of the Iranian people.

He emphasized: Extending a hand for negotiations and dialogue is actually a conspiracy that is being carried out to condemn Iran in international forums and to pave the way for more sanctions, more pressure and perhaps military attacks on Iran. Therefore, the differences are not solvable, especially with the coming to power of Trump, this irrational being who cares about nothing but dollars and trade and will stop at nothing to achieve his goals.

Malakoutibabar concluded: Of course, Iran has the necessary precautions and has taken a good path so far. Iran has tried to both gain international trust and announce to the world that it is a man of peace, compromise, dialogue and negotiation, while maintaining its independence and not surrendering. My prediction is that in the near future, perhaps a year or a year and a half, agreements and negotiations will not be concluded.

America demands the dissolution of the IRGC and a complete halt to Iran's missile and nuclear programs / The security of Iran and Afghanistan is intertwined
Referring to the type of proxy conflicts in the region, the former advisor to the Islamic Republic of Iran in Syria stated: The conflicts are taking place in a spot-by-spot manner with the help of proxies and proxies of the Zionist usurper and child-killing regime. They bomb our nuclear and production centers with the aim of making us surrender, with the aim of overwhelming us and breaking our will.

Referring to Iran's defense readiness, he said: Thank God, the necessary coordination has been made in this regard and the necessary predictions have been made for any eventuality, even for widespread military attacks by the United States and the proxy forces of the Zionist usurper regime in the region. We have the necessary readiness in the country and in our nuclear infrastructure and production centers. Many of our nuclear facilities are now underground, 100 meters, 200 meters, 300 meters, 400 meters, even 500 meters underground. We have gone so that missile range and heavy bombing cannot disrupt them and, God forbid, harm them.

Emphasizing Iran's deterrent power, he added: "When it comes to missiles, drones, and various types of defense in different areas, thank God we are prepared. The enemy is also aware of these preparations and our achievements and is moving forward with complete caution, because it knows that they are vulnerable. If they attack and act boldly, in the words of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, if they strike once, they will get 10. The era of confrontation is over. Therefore, they also have the necessary precautions and have not yet entered the stage of military conflict."

Referring to the start of negotiations between Iran and the United States, this political expert clarified: "Now we have to see what the outcome of the negotiations will be in the coming days." In my opinion, reaching an agreement is very unlikely, because we basically have no common ground. They want something from us that we are never willing to give. They want our nuclear energy, they want the dissolution of the IRGC, they want to cut off our relations in the region, they want to abandon the production of nuclear infrastructure, they want to abandon the production of drones and missiles, they want to destroy all the missiles that we have produced. These are the excessive demands of the US regime that have been put forward, and now negotiations will begin between the two countries from today, so let's see where they go.

In response to a question about the security relationship between Iran and Afghanistan, Malkooti Tabar said: "Basically, this relationship is bilateral and mutual. Security in Iran increases security in the region, especially in Afghanistan, and any insecurity, chaos, and unrest in Iran will spread this insecurity in the region and neighboring countries, especially in Afghanistan." Therefore, both the security of Afghanistan is important to us, and security in Afghanistan will lead to security in Iran, and vice versa.

He added: The two sides are trying to help each other for the survival, continuity, and expansion of security. Various exchanges have taken place between the officials of the two countries, Afghanistan and Iran, and they understand very well that the security of these two countries will be the security of the region, and its benefits and blessings will be for the two nations of Iran, Afghanistan, and the region. Any insecurity in these two countries, in any form and by any other country, if it causes insecurity, will inevitably spread and its fire will engulf the countries of the region.

In response to a question about the consequences of a possible war between Iran and the United States, this expert on regional issues stated: The outbreak of war in any country will create heavy consequences within that country and the region, in various economic, social, and security dimensions. War will have its effects on the people, governments, politicians, and rulers, and it is natural that war has its own consequences.

He emphasized: "If the differences between Iran and the US and the proxy force of the Zionist regime lead to war, it will definitely show its negative effects in various areas, including in the regional economy, the economies of various countries in the region and neighboring countries, as well as in security and social affairs. We hope that this will not happen and that the countries of the region will live in peace and security and follow their path of growth and development. We also hope that America will come to its senses and that crazy Trump will reconsider his calculations a little and realize that engaging with Iran and entering into a military war with Iran will have a very heavy cost for America and its proxy force, the usurping Zionist regime, and those in the region who support America and the Zionist regime."

Countries that surrendered to America have now become military bases of this country / Iran and Afghanistan have paid the price for not surrendering to American bullying
Reference to the ongoing negotiations between Iran and America, Hojatoleslam and Muslim Sayyed Hamed Malkooti-tabar said: We hope that this story of negotiations will end happily and reach a good conclusion and that peace, tranquility and security, God willing, will continue to be stable and lasting in the region.

In response to a question about American bullying in the region, he stated: Unfortunately, America has interfered in the internal affairs of Iran and the countries of the region over the years, from before the revolution to today. This interference has had different degrees. Some countries, like Iran, did not surrender and are now paying the price for this non-surrender, but some countries surrendered.

Malkooti-tabar continued: In particular, the Arab countries of the Persian Gulf have publicly requested help from America and have asked for America’s presence and companionship to ensure their security. Kuwait once received help from the US for its oil exports, as did Saudi Arabia. Bahrain also hosts a huge US base. There are also US bases in Qatar, the UAE and Kuwait. All of this indicates the presence and interference of the US in the internal affairs of these countries.

Stating that “the spirit of arrogance and arrogance that exists in the US and its leaders is not related to yesterday or today,” this political analyst added: They threaten the countries of the region and unfortunately most of the countries of the region have surrendered. Very quickly, many of these countries surrendered, such as Libya, which surrendered and suffered a great disaster. Afghanistan did not surrender and got involved. Now the countries of the region have also surrendered. Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and the UAE have become a kind of US force in the region and are obeying US orders.

He emphasized: We must be very careful, especially countries like Afghanistan and Iran, which both did not surrender to US bullying and coercion. For this reason, they have paid heavy prices. Afghanistan has been embroiled in various internal wars and wars waged by foreign countries, including the Soviet Union and the United States, for more than 40 years. Recently, American forces have expanded their presence in Afghanistan, but their interference continues and they do not leave the Afghan rulers alone to determine their own destiny.

Referring to the pressures on Iran, he continued: The situation is the same in Iran. We are also embroiled in them, and negotiations are currently underway, while various threats are being made by the United States for military attacks, bombings, and military confrontations. We have heard various interpretations in recent months from the bully and irrational rulers of the United States, especially from Trump.

The former official concluded by saying: We hope that God willing, these issues will end well and the region will progress in peace, tranquility, and security. We continue to wish for peace, stability, and peace in Afghanistan, because peace and tranquility in both Iran and Afghanistan are intertwined. God willing, with each other's help, this peace and tranquility will increase day by day, and we will be able to eliminate any factor that causes insecurity and chaos in these two countries with each other's help.
