No foreign party has the right to interfere in the country
The Supreme Court of the Islamic Emirate, in response to the recent statements of the UN Human Rights Division that "Qisas is an act against human dignity," said that no foreign party has the right to interfere in the country's Sharia and judiciary.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Supreme Court of the Islamic Emirate has issued a press release calling the recent reaction of the UN Human Rights Division unfair and surprising.

Referring to the execution of the Qisas verdict on four murderers in the provinces of Badghis, Nimroz and Farah, the Supreme Court said that this verdict was carried out to restore rights, reform society, ensure justice and prevent crimes.

The statement emphasized that the implementation of such verdicts is the will of religion, the Sharia system and the nation, and no foreign party has the right to interfere in the country's Sharia and judiciary.

Previously, the United Nations Human Rights Division had issued a statement calling public execution of criminals a violation of human dignity.
