The Supreme Council of Standards of the country approved 30 new standards
In the third meeting of the Supreme Council of Standards of Afghanistan, 30 new standards were approved in various fields including food, agricultural products, medicine, cosmetics, construction materials, electronics and telecommunications.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: In the third meeting of the Supreme Council of Standards of Afghanistan, 30 new standards were approved in various fields including food, agricultural products, medicine, cosmetics, construction materials, electronics and telecommunications. The meeting was chaired by Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs.
 
The Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs announced in a statement that Mr. Baradar had emphasized to the National Standards Administration to fully implement these standards. The council emphasized the strict implementation of these standards and warned that in case of non-compliance and violation, legal action will be taken against companies and factories.
