Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: In an extraordinary meeting of the Economic Commission led by Mullah Hebatullah Akhundzada, a committee headed by the General Directorate of Affairs was tasked to investigate the progress of infrastructure works under the urban plan. A comprehensive procedure should be developed to ensure that these lands are distributed to the people in a principled manner.
According to the Office of the Deputy Economic Minister of the Prime Minister's Office, the committee was also obliged to prepare a comprehensive procedure for residential settlements that have been established and liquidated as government property by the Commission for the Prevention of Usurpation and Return of Usurped Land to be handed over to the people for development and construction in accordance with the urban plan. The decisions also state that according to the urban plan, the process of construction on private land should be facilitated and appropriate facilities should be provided for them.
The responsible committee has prepared a comprehensive procedure in relation to the first and second paragraphs of this resolution and presented it to today's special session of the Economic Commission. The committee has also provided considerable facilities in the field of construction and construction works on private land.
Similarly, according to the decision of the special meeting of the Economic Commission chaired by the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Emirate, the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock has started the process of transferring land in the center and all provinces of the country to the Ministry of Industry and Commerce for the purpose of establishing industrial parks.
In this meeting, the relevant ministries and departments also presented their work reports and procedures on the implementation of the 13 decisions of the extraordinary meeting of the Economic Commission led by Mullah Hebatullah Akhundzada. These work reports and procedures will be shared with the leadership of the Islamic Emirate for approval.
