Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Mohammad Sadiq Khan, Pakistan's special representative for Afghanistan, published an article on the X network after the seventh meeting of the Afghanistan-Pakistan Coordination Committee, saying that this committee is an important mechanism for sensitive and strategic issues.
Referring to the Afghanistan-Pakistan Coordination Committee, the Pakistani special representative for Afghanistan said that such mechanisms are necessary to resolve differences, strengthen mutual understanding, and eliminate doubts and doubts.
Mohammad Sadiq said that the seventh meeting of this committee was held in Kabul yesterday, hosted by Afghanistan, after a period of fifteen months.
This is while Maulvi Zabihullah Mujahid, the general spokesman for the Islamic Emirate, had announced yesterday that a meeting of the Joint Coordination Committee between Afghanistan and Pakistan would be held in Kabul. He stated that the purpose of holding this meeting is to resolve potential conflicts along the hypothetical Durand Line and to create facilities for the people of both sides.
The spokesman for the Islamic Emirate had said that the Pakistani delegation will be headed by Mohammad Sadiq Khan, the country’s special representative, and the Afghan side will be headed by Mullah Abdul Qayyum Zakir, Deputy Minister of National Defense.
It is worth noting that Mohammad Sadiq Khan, Pakistan’s special representative for Afghanistan affairs, arrived in Kabul yesterday morning to participate in this meeting.
This comes at a time when tensions between Afghanistan and Pakistan have increased due to the forced deportation of Afghan refugees from the country and the violent behavior of the Islamabad police towards Afghan refugees.
