Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): Health and hospital sources in Gaza announced that since the dawn of the day (Sunday, April 21), 31 people have been martyred in the Israeli regime's attacks on various areas of Gaza.
At the same time, the director of the Norwick Humanitarian Association said in an interview with Al Jazeera that Israel has targeted most of the hospitals in the Gaza Strip.
He emphasized that we live in constant fear and have no security outside the European Hospital in Khan Yunis.
The Gaza Ministry of Public Health also announced on Saturday that 189 Palestinians were martyred and injured in the past 24 hours, increasing the number of martyrs of the genocidal war to 51,201.
According to this report, the number of martyrs in Gaza since March 18, 2025 has reached 1,827 and the number of injured has reached 4,828.
