Step up efforts to address the problems of migrants deported from neighboring countries

The Ministry of Refugees and Repatriates says that the acting head of the ministry in a meeting with a number of tribal elders of Haska Mina district of Nangarhar province said that it is the duty of the Islamic Emirate to address the problems of returnees and efforts have been intensified to improve their lives.


Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Ministry of Refugees and Repatriates said in a statement that Maulvi Abdul Kabir, the acting head of the ministry, met with a number of tribal elders in Haska Mina district of Nangarhar province.
 
The acting minister of refugee affairs said that it is the duty of the Islamic Emirate to address the problems of returned refugees and efforts have been increased to improve their lives.
 
Maulvi Abdul Kabir also assured the tribal elders that the Islamic Emirate considers serving the people and defending their rights as its religious, national and human responsibility and has kept its doors open to the people.
 
Meanwhile, the tribal elders assured their support for the Islamic system and added that they would not allow anyone to implement their personal and political projects in the region.
 
Most Afghan refugees return from Pakistan through the Torkham border crossing in Nangarhar province, which hosts thousands of deported families.
