Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate issued a statement and wrote: Expressing deep regret and sorrow over the heartbreaking incident of the explosion in Bandar Abbas, which has caused the loss of life and injury to hundreds of dear citizens of the Islamic Republic of Iran, it sincerely expresses its sympathy and condolences to the government, noble nation, and the grieving families of Iran.

The government and people of Afghanistan consider themselves by the side of the Iranian nation and government in these sad moments and declare their solidarity and full support.

Hezbollah of Lebanon
Following the death and injury of a number of Iranians following the explosion at Shahid Rajai Port in Bandar Abbas, Hezbollah of Lebanon announced in a statement: We offer our condolences to His Highness the Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, and Massoud Pezzekian, President of Iran, the nation and government of Iran, and the families of the martyrs for the painful incident of the explosion at Shahid Rajai Port in the city of Bandar Abbas.

According to Al-Mayadeen, the statement by Hezbollah of Lebanon states: We are certain that the Islamic Republic of Iran, with its strong faith and will, is capable of overcoming this painful incident and continuing its blessed path of progress, stability, and helping the issues of the nation.

Ammar Hakim
Previously, "Sayyid Ammar Hakim", the leader of the Iraqi National Wisdom Movement, expressed condolences to the leader, government and people of Iran over the incident.
"Sayyid Ammar Hakim", the leader of the Iraqi National Wisdom Movement, expressed his condolences to the leadership, government and people of Iran in a message on Saturday following the explosion in Shahid Rajaee Port in Bandar Abbas.
He expressed his condolences to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery for the injured.

In this regard, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia also sent a similar message.
His message reads: I have learned of the explosion in Bandar Rajai and its consequences, which resulted in the deaths and injuries of many people. I offer my condolences to you, the families of the victims, and the Iranian nation. I ask God to have mercy on the deceased and grant a speedy recovery to the injured.

South Korea
