Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the National Disaster Management Agency issued a press release today (Tue, April 29) announcing the meeting of Mullah Nuruddin Turabi with the Kazakh Ambassador and his accompanying delegation.
In this meeting, Mullah Nuruddin Turabi, while welcoming the Kazakh delegation, appreciated the cooperation and assistance of this country to Afghanistan and called Kazakhstan a friendly country and a good neighbor of Afghanistan that has always shown empathy with the government and people of this country. He emphasized maintaining friendly relations with Kazakhstan.
The acting head of the National Disaster Preparedness Administration added: “It is enough for us that Kazakhstan is our friend and has always cooperated fully, especially with the National Disaster Preparedness Administration.”
Meanwhile, Kazakh Ambassador Gaziz Akbasov also considered Afghanistan a friend of Kazakhstan and, referring to the assistance provided, emphasized the continuation of this assistance in order to further strengthen relations between the two countries.
He also noted: “We know very well that the assistance provided by our country to Afghanistan is distributed to needy and destitute families.”
According to the press release, the Kazakh ambassador stated that it has become clear to the Kazakh delegation that Afghanistan is now a safe country and all countries should establish political and humanitarian relations with it.
