Environmental cooperation and climate change, the focus of the Russian ambassador
The National Environmental Protection Agency says that the head of the agency met with the Russian ambassador in Kabul and discussed environmental cooperation, climate change, the participation of the Afghan delegation in international meetings, and the resumption of suspended environmental projects in the country.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the National Environmental Protection Agency issued a press release saying that Maulvi Mati-ul-Haq Khalis, the general director of the agency, met with Dmitry Zhirnov, the Russian ambassador in Kabul.

In this meeting, the two sides discussed environmental cooperation, climate change, the participation of the Afghan delegation in international meetings, and the resumption of suspended environmental projects in the country.

The Russian ambassador promised cooperation and said that he would share the agency's demands with Moscow.

Afghanistan is among the countries vulnerable to climate change and has suffered various losses from this area over the past few years.
