The cultural advisor of the Iranian Embassy in Afghanistan and the head of the cultural affiliation of the Iranian Consulate General in Mazar-e-Sharif continued his meetings in Mazar-e-Sharif with the heads of education, Hajj and endowments of Balkh province, as well as the mayor of this city. The Iranian Cultural Advisor in Afghanistan, while expressing his satisfaction with the reunion with Mufti Mohammad Sharif Osmani, while appreciating the cooperation with the House of Culture of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Mazar-e-Sharif; "Following the previous talks and meetings and understandings, the Cultural Representation of the Islamic Republic of Iran is ready to coordinate with the Ministry of Education of Afghanistan in the field of holding training courses, scientific Olympiads, strengthening and training of education professionals of Balkh province through holding workshops in person or online, discovery and printing of young talents, cooperation in books and books," he said. "The Islamic Emirate intends to change the content of Afghanistan's education and for this, we need the cooperation of the Islamic Republic of Iran. We also welcome the holding of training workshops for teachers and no doubt with this positive and constructive interaction, we can improve the education system of Afghanistan," he said.

In another meeting, Sayed Rohullah Hosseini on Thursday, 18 May, visited the Department of Guidance, Hajj and Endowments of Balkh province; He also met with Mr. Maulvi Noor Agha Hashemi, Head of the Department.
At the beginning of this meeting; Head of Guidance, Hajj and Endowments of Balkh Province, while welcoming Mr. Sayed Rohullah Hosseini; On behalf of the Islamic Emirate, he appreciated and thanked the Islamic Republic of Iran for its cooperation and said: "The Islamic Republic of Iran has stood by the people of Afghanistan at various levels and this is evidenced by the presence of several million Afghans living in Iran who have been hosted by the Islamic Republic of Iran for years."
Maulvi Hashemi in the field of joint cooperation with the Hajj and Endowments Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran; "The management of Hajj in Afghanistan requires continuous planning and can use Iran's experience and cooperation in this field," he said.
"In 1404, Afghanistan's share of Hajj is 30,000 pilgrims. Although this number is small compared to the number of applicants, it makes it easier to organize pilgrims. But given the follow-up to increase the number of pilgrims, we will need to use the experiences of the Islamic Republic in this area in the coming years," he added.

In another part of this meeting; Cultural Advisor of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kabul and Head of Iran's Cultural Affinity in Mazar-e-Sharif; While appreciating the hospitality of the Department of Guidance, Hajj and Endowments of Balkh Province; Referring to the common historical and civilizational values ​​of the Iranian and Afghan nations, he said: "Afghanistan and Iran, in addition to having cultural commonalities and unity, also have common pains and enemies."
"The Iranian pilgrims' caravan is the leader among the Hajj caravans of Islamic countries; and the Islamic Republic of Iran can provide these experiences to the Islamic Emirate," said the head of the cultural affiliation of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Mazar-e-Sharif.
Mr. Hosseini expressed his readiness to coordinate with the Hajj and Endowments Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran in order to create grounds for joint cooperation, including holding training workshops for Afghan convoy managers, as well as holding joint Quranic programs with Hajj and Endowments of Balkh.
"The problems that sometimes occur and are magnified by the media and networks of the enemy should be resolved within the framework of solidarity and brotherhood between the two countries before magnifying the enemy," the Iranian Cultural Representative in Afghanistan said.
 
Iran announces readiness to rebuild Imam Khomeini Sports Complex

In this meeting, Molavi Hemmat, while welcoming the Iranian cultural representative in Afghanistan, referred to the deep bond of brotherhood and neighborliness between the Afghan and Iranian peoples and emphasized the strengthening of this friendship, and added: "In a situation where Afghan society needs cooperation in various economic, intellectual, cultural, and other fields; the Islamic Republic of Iran has been and is present in Afghanistan without any political perspective, with a sense of empathy and brotherhood, to share its capacities with a faith and Islamic perspective; and for this reason, we are grateful for Iran's continued presence alongside the Afghan people."
 
Then, Sayed Ruhollah Hosseini, thanking the mayor of Mazar-e-Sharif for his hospitality, announced the Islamic Republic of Iran's emphasis on continuing assistance for the development, prosperity, and prosperity of Afghanistan and sharing experiences and knowledge in the field of urban development, and noted: "Iran is ready to cooperate comprehensively with the Afghan society in the field of urban beautification based on Islamic architecture, urban management, holding urban exhibitions, and other cultural services."
He pointed out the importance of sports and physical health in strengthening the mental health of the community and, recalling the project to build the Imam Khomeini Sports Complex and its donation to the Afghan society in previous years by the Islamic Republic of Iran, said: "The Islamic Republic built this stadium in Balkh and gifted it to Afghanistan in order to strengthen the mental and physical health of the Afghan society; but unfortunately, during the developments in Afghanistan, the building of this sports complex was damaged and needs to be rebuilt. We are determined to rebuild this stadium again in coordination with the Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality and the Balkh Physical Education Department; based on a joint memorandum of understanding, in order to continue to contribute to the urban development of Afghanistan and strengthen the physical health of this community."
