The Deputy Spokesperson of the Islamic Emirate has announced the issuance of a decree by the Leader of the Islamic Emirate regarding the publication of necessary information and details regarding urban plans and schemes.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Based on this decree, the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, Kabul Municipality and other provincial and district municipalities have been tasked to publish information and details related to urban plans on a regular basis through various media (electronic and printed), mosques, transit agencies and other appropriate means of communication and make them available to citizens upon request.
Article 1 of this decree states: Including the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing and Kabul Municipality, the relevant provincial and district municipalities are obliged to publish the necessary information and details related to urban plans through electronic and printed media, mullahs, imams of mosques, passers-by and other appropriate means from time to time and make them available to the public upon request.
According to Article 2 of the decree; for those areas that have entered urban areas and a detailed plan has not been prepared for them, the departments mentioned in Article 1 of this decree are obliged to prepare and publish detailed plans or plans for them.
The decree adds in Article 3: The Department of Affairs and the Director of the Directorate for the Follow-up and Supervision of Decrees and Rulings are obliged to continuously monitor the implementation of this decree.
It is also stated that this decree will come into effect from the date of its signing and will be published in the Official Gazette.
