Delegation headed by Abdul Bari Omar leaves for Dushanbe to participate in the "CASA-1000" meeting
A delegation headed by Abdul Bari Omar, CEO of the Breshna Company, left for Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan, to participate in a meeting on the "CASA-1000 Project".
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The Breshna Company announced in a press release that representatives from Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan and Pakistan, as well as representatives of the Islamic Development Bank and other international institutions and organizations, will attend the meeting.
 
According to the press release, the purpose of holding this meeting is to review the current status of the CASA-1000 project, evaluate the progress made, find solutions to existing problems and discuss and exchange views on other aspects related to this important regional project.
 
The CASA-1000 project is designed to transfer electricity from Central Asian countries to South Asia, and Afghanistan is also considered a transit country for this project.
