Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Technical and Vocational Education Department issued a press release saying that Maulvi Ghulam Haidar Shahamat, head of this department, participated and spoke at the International "Russia-Islamic World" Summit in Kazan, Russia.
Mr. Shahamat, presenting a report on the achievements of the Technical and Vocational Education Department at the meeting, said that Afghanistan has taken solid steps towards reconstruction, sustainable development and social justice.
The head of the Technical and Vocational Education Department called on the participants of the meeting to create joint programs for training teachers.
He also called on the countries present at the meeting to cooperate with the Afghan Technical and Vocational Education Department in the areas of curriculum development, establishing joint innovation centers, equipping laboratories, and developing halal industries.
It is worth noting that the head of the Technical and Vocational Education Department has left for Kazan to participate in the "Russia - Islamic World" international meeting.
