Foreign companies interested in investing in solar and wind power generation projects in the country
The Ministry of Energy and Water says that officials of two foreign companies have expressed their interest in investing in solar and wind power generation projects with a capacity of 200 to 400 megawatts in Afghanistan in a meeting with the acting minister of the ministry.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Ministry of Energy and Water issued a press release saying that officials of two foreign companies, "Hilal Al-Dhahabi" and "Muftah Al-Dubi", have met and discussed with Mullah Abdul Latif Mansour, the acting minister of the ministry.
 
According to the press release, officials of these two foreign companies have expressed their interest in investing in solar and wind power generation projects with a capacity of 200 to 400 megawatts in Afghanistan.
 
On the other hand, Mr. Mansour, welcoming this interest, emphasized the acceleration of coordination and the initiation of practical measures in this regard.
 
It is worth noting that with the provision of nationwide security in the country, the interest of foreign investors in investing in the country has increased.
