Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: The Gaza Ministry of Health announced the transfer of 103 martyrs and 427 wounded to hospitals in the Gaza Strip in the last 24 hours.
The ministry stated that a large number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and relief and civil defense personnel are unable to reach them. This situation is exacerbating the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
Increased casualties after the temporary ceasefire and killings in aid queues
According to the Gaza Health Ministry, since March 18, 2025 (27 Hut 1403), following the resumption of the Israeli regime’s aggressive attacks after the temporary ceasefire, the number of martyrs has reached 4,924 and the number of injured has reached 15,780.
In addition, reports indicate that the killings in the waiting lines to receive aid continue. The number of people who have been martyred in the waiting line to receive aid since this morning alone has reached 21 martyrs and 294 people have been injured. The total number of martyrs who were martyred while waiting for aid in the Israeli regime’s attacks has reached 245 and the number of injured has reached 2,152. These direct attacks on civilians in need of aid have raised serious international concerns.
