Numerous reports from news sources indicate that three oil tankers have been involved in an accident at the port of Khor Fakkan, located off the coast of Fujairah, United Arab Emirates, near the Strait of Hormuz.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: According to these reports, which were published, among others, in the "Haft Sobh" newspaper, the British Maritime Agency has also confirmed that it has received a report of "an incident 22 nautical miles east of Khor Fakkan in the UAE."

Exact details of the nature of the incident and the extent of damage to the three oil tankers have not yet been released. Additional information will be announced as soon as it becomes available.
