The Zionist regime’s continued aggression against Islamic countries is a serious warning to the Islamic Ummah
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) – Kabul: After four days of continuous aggression by the Zionist regime against the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran, international relations experts in a conversation with an AVA reporter strongly condemned Israel’s criminal attacks that led to the martyrdom of senior military commanders, scientists, and Iranian civilians, and considered these actions to be a clear violation of the principles of international law, the United Nations Charter, the Geneva Conventions, and the regulations of the International Atomic Energy Agency. They emphasized that the recent attacks by the Zionist regime on the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran are a sign of Israel’s expansionist policy and a serious threat to all Islamic countries.
Abbas Basir, a university professor and international relations expert, told Ava: "If Article 2, Paragraph 4 of the UN Charter prohibits the use or threat of force against the territorial integrity of states, the Zionist regime has clearly violated this fundamental principle with these terrorist and aggressive attacks. These actions actually mean disregard for international law. On the other hand, attacks on nuclear facilities that have the potential to harm civilians are a clear violation of Additional Protocol I to the Geneva Conventions (1977), which prohibits attacks on civilian infrastructure. Such attacks endanger the lives of civilians and are considered war crimes from the perspective of humanitarian law."

He added: “According to UN General Assembly Resolution 3314, adopted in December 1974, aggression is defined as the use of armed force by a state against another state in a manner that conflicts with the sovereignty, territorial integrity or political independence of that state. This resolution clearly lists examples such as occupation, bombing, attacks on civilians and military units or air and naval fleets of another state.”

Basir also emphasized: “According to Article 51 of the UN Charter, the right to self-defense is one of the inalienable rights of states. Therefore, Iran’s reciprocal response or retaliatory action to the positions of the Zionist regime, within the framework of self-defense, is considered completely justified and legitimate.”

Israel's aggression on Iranian territory and its regional and international consequences
This international relations expert said about the consequences of the continuation of the military conflict between Iran and the Israeli regime: "The continuation of this war will have widespread effects on three levels: regional, international and domestic. At the regional level, a military conflict could lead to general instability, widespread insecurity and the spread of unrest. There is also the possibility of a new wave of forced migration, increased activity by extremist groups, and a threat to oil production and exports, which will create severe fluctuations in the global energy market."

He continued: "At the global level, widespread economic consequences such as the intensification of financial crises, increased international tensions, a new wave of refugees and the intensification of terrorist threats are foreseeable. In addition, the reaction of world powers to this crisis could affect the balance of power in the international system."

Basir also stated about the direct effects on the countries involved: "The war will have heavy costs for the countries involved in the conflict in the human, economic and infrastructural fields, including widespread casualties, destruction, internal political crises, increased unemployment and poverty, and the destruction of diplomatic relations. This war can also cause negative changes in social and cultural structures and lead to increased public dissatisfaction."

He emphasized: "All these factors show that the consequences of the Iran-Israel conflict go beyond a bilateral conflict and its consequences are global and will seriously threaten international security and order."

The Zionist regime's continued aggression against Islamic countries is a serious warning to the Islamic nation
Abdellatif Sajjadi, an expert on international affairs, in an interview with Ava, considered the recent attacks by the Zionist regime on the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran a sign of Israel's expansionist policy and a serious threat to all Islamic countries.

He emphasized that Israel is not content with just its neighbors, but does not hesitate to invade and interfere in any part of the Islamic world that has the possibility of infiltration and destruction. According to him, this aggressive behavior is a clear warning to all Muslim governments and nations to be aware and vigilant about the long-term goals and policies of the Zionist regime.

The "Greater Israel" project and the Zionists' long-term strategy
Sajjadi continued: "The "Greater Israel" plan that the Zionists are seeking to implement covers an area from the Nile to the Euphrates and includes Arab and Islamic countries surrounding the occupied territories such as Jordan, Egypt, the West Bank and Qatar. Israel is constantly working on this strategic plan and uses various means to achieve it, such as war, weakening Islamic powers and sowing discord."

Iran; The vanguard of resistance against Zionist hegemony
According to this analyst, Iran, as the main axis of resistance in the Islamic world, has stood up to the bullying of the Zionist regime and is not willing to bow to pressure. In contrast, Israel, with direct financial and arms support from the United States, seeks to weaken Iran's military and economic power in order to pave the way for the implementation of its goals in the region.

Sajjadi continued: "Israel's aggression against Iran is an attack on a sovereign country, a nation-state, and a legitimate position in the international system. The attack on peaceful nuclear facilities and the assassination of Iranian military commanders are clear examples of violating international law, humanitarian law, and global moral principles."

Iran's right to legitimate defense against open aggression
He stressed He added: “Based on the principle of self-defense in international law, Iran has the right to respond to Israeli aggression and expand its attacks as long as the threat persists. No country can deprive Iran of this right or set a framework and limit for it. Iran, as its officials have announced, will stop the attacks only if the Zionist regime’s aggression ends.”

Devastating consequences of continuing the war for the region
Abdellatif Sajjadi also warned about the consequences of continuing the war, saying that this conflict will not only affect Iran and Israel, but will also affect surrounding countries, especially Afghanistan, Pakistan and the Persian Gulf countries.

He said: “Even if the countries of the region are not directly involved in the war, its consequences will affect them, including economic crisis, insecurity and political instability. "In the short term, we will see an increase in oil and food prices, and in the long term, terrorist groups will exploit the instability to expand their influence and activities, which will pose a serious threat to the security of the region and even the world."
