Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Based on this announcement: Maulvi Hamdullah Nomani, former Minister of the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, has been appointed as the new Minister of the Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technology.
Also, Maulvi Najibullah Haqqani, former Minister of the Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technology, has now been appointed as the Minister of Urban Development and Housing.
Zabihullah Mujahid did not provide further details about the reasons for these transfers, but these changes are taking place at a time when expectations are rising for the improvement of the functioning of the country's service institutions.
