The Bagh Bala Asan Khidmat Center affiliated with the National Statistics and Information Office has announced that since the beginning of 1404, it has provided electronic ID and birth card services to more than 21,700 compatriots.
The National Statistics and Information Office has issued a press release stating that the Bagh Bala Asan Khidmat Center has provided electronic ID and birth card services to 21,708 compatriots since the beginning of this solar year.

According to this report, the services provided include distributing 14,535 new electronic IDs, issuing 3,771 birth cards, amending birth cards for 88 people, and providing services after the distribution of electronic IDs for another 3,200 people.

Zabihullah Amin Safi, General Manager of the Bagh Bala Asan Khidmat Center, said that about 700 people visit the center daily to receive services related to electronic ID cards and birth certificates.

Mr. Safi added that in addition to distributing new electronic ID cards, the post-distribution services department is also active in the center and all services related to correction and follow-up after receiving the ID cards are provided to clients.

The Bagh Bala Asan Khidmat Center is one of the important centers in Kabul city that provides various administrative services, including distributing electronic ID cards, birth certificates, and other registration documents to citizens, in a centralized manner.

According to the latest reports, the National Statistics and Information Office plans to expand Asan Khidmat services to other provinces to facilitate people's access to civil registration services. Programs are also underway to improve electronic systems and increase the speed of document issuance.

The expansion of electronic ID and birth card services at the Bagh Bala Asan Khidmat Center reflects the efforts of the Islamic Emirate to improve people's access to administrative services and facilitate the process of civil registration. The increase in the number of clients and services provided can help accelerate the process of identifying and registering citizens' identities and help strengthen administrative order and social security. By expanding these services across the country, it will be possible to reduce in-person visits and improve the quality of services.
