Humanitarian disaster in Gaza: The number of martyrs has exceeded 57 thousand; UN warns of the forced displacement of 80 thousand more Palestinians in Khan Yunis
The Gaza Ministry of Health announced today (Thursday) in a statement that in the past 24 hours, 118 Palestinians have been martyred and 581 others have been injured. Including these statistics, the total number of martyrs of the war has reached 57,130 and the number of injured has reached 135,173. These figures indicate the catastrophic dimensions of the Zionist regime's "genocidal war" against the Gaza Strip.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: The Gaza Ministry of Health also announced with deep concern that in the past 24 hours, 12 martyrs and more than 49 injured among the hungry Palestinians who were in line to receive food have been transferred to hospitals. In total, the number of Palestinian martyrs in the line to receive food has reached 652 and the number of injured has reached 4,537.

The ministry added that since March 18, 2025 (about the last four months), 6,572 people have been martyred and 23,132 have been injured. Also, nearly 14,000 Palestinians in the Gaza Strip are still missing and under the rubble, and due to the continuation of the attacks, relief forces are unable to attend to them.

UN: Order to forcibly evacuate another 80,000 Palestinians in Khan Yunis
In this regard, the United Nations announced that the Zionist occupation regime has issued a new order, forcing 80,000 residents of neighborhoods in the city of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip to forcibly evacuate.

Stephane Dujarric, spokesman for the UN Secretary-General, stated in his press conference that so far about 85 percent of the lands in the Gaza Strip have either been subject to forced evacuation orders or are located within military zones declared by the occupying army. This situation has effectively paralyzed civilian access to humanitarian aid and has become a major obstacle for aid workers to deliver aid to those in need.

Dujarric also stated that since the ceasefire collapsed in March, some 714,000 Palestinians have been forcibly displaced from their homes, one or more times. However, not a single shipment of shelter and temporary accommodation has entered the Gaza Strip in the past four months.

According to field assessments by UN humanitarian partners, 97 percent of the displaced are forced to spend the night in the open, without any shelter, a situation that represents an unprecedented humanitarian crisis and a clear violation of international law by the occupying regime.
