The Zionist regime announced a new ground operation in Syria; the destruction of military positions on the peak of Jabal al-Sheikh

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): According to the Arab Arti website, the official statement of the Israeli army indicates that the forces of the 810th Brigade, affiliated with the 210th Border Division, in cooperation with the Yahalom Combat Engineering Unit, have destroyed several military positions deep in Syrian territory.

 

The Israeli regime has claimed that these bases were located near the peak of Jabal al-Sheikh and considered them the "enemy's front line of contact" and a direct threat to Israeli military positions in the occupied Golan. The regime's army has also released images and videos of its military presence in the highlands of Mount Hermon, emphasizing that these measures were taken within the framework of "preventive operations" to protect the residents of the occupied territories, especially the Golan Heights.
