Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The full text of the statement of the Tebyan Center for Social and Cultural Activities regarding the unacceptable and selective verdict of the International Criminal Court against the leadership of the Islamic Emirate is as follows:

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

With deep regret, the recent verdict issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) requesting the arrest and trial of the leader and judges of the Islamic Emirate under the title of what is called “war crimes and crimes against humanity” is a clear sign of the selective approach, politicization, and double standards of international institutions towards world issues.
We firmly reject and condemn this biased verdict, and consider it a political act, far from justice, and an attempt to destroy the true face of the Muslim people of Afghanistan and our sovereignty; Despite the enormous challenges, the country's officials and managers have taken fundamental steps towards ensuring justice and stability, and are working diligently to ensure conditions of freedom and sustainable security in the country, and have been able to protect the country's independence and national sovereignty.
While such an institution claims to be just and pursues human rights, its heavy and continuous silence regarding the Zionist regime's blatant and organized crimes in Gaza is inexcusable. Without a doubt, the killing of thousands of women and children, the destruction of hospitals, the siege and famine of the oppressed but heroic people of Gaza are clear examples of genocide and unforgivable crimes against humanity. This is while the same regime has repeatedly attacked the Islamic Republic of Iran directly and indirectly, assassinated prominent military and scientific figures and ordinary people of this country, and has committed terrible crimes in Lebanon, Yemen, and Syria, and has caused murder, insecurity, and chaos in other parts of the world, and has shamelessly and shamelessly violated international law, but it has never faced serious prosecution by this court.
Such discriminatory actions question the legitimacy of institutions such as the ICC in the eyes of the nations of the world and show the extent to which international justice has become a tool of political pressure by great powers.
The Center for Cultural and Social Activities of Tebyan Afghanistan once again emphasizes its principled positions and firmly declares; No international organization has the right to undermine the independence of a country and the dignity of its people based on false, politically-driven information, and to encroach on the rights of any Afghan citizen, let alone its leader and judges, and to forge a verdict.
We demand real, not selective, justice, a justice that must hold all human rights violators accountable, whether in America, Europe, or the usurper Israel, without discrimination and based on the facts.
