He also added that in addition to domestic efforts, the Islamic Emirate is also seeking to create job opportunities for Afghan citizens abroad.

Mullah Baradar noted that during the occupation, many job opportunities inside the country were lost and many people were forced to migrate to other countries to find jobs, which many citizens of the country have suffered serious problems in this way.

He also said that the Islamic Emirate's efforts are to help the people's economic situation by sending workers to neighboring countries, such as Qatar, legally. He said the process had officially begun today and neighboring and partner countries should provide legal working conditions for Afghan workers.

He added that the union operates under the umbrella of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs at home and under the supervision of the United Nations abroad.

Fadavi pointed to the unemployment crisis in the country, listed various factors including the destruction of infrastructure, climate change and forced deportation of migrants from neighboring countries as the main reasons for this crisis and stressed that according to international organizations, about 25 million Afghan citizens are unemployed, which is considered a serious problem for the country.

He also announced the plans of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs to reduce unemployment in the country and stressed that the ministry will defend the rights of Afghan workers in different countries. He also stressed that in this regard, the Afghanistan Employment Union will prevent the abuses of human traffickers by implementing international laws and monitoring the process of sending labor.

Abdul Manan Omari, acting head of the Afghan Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, announced the ministry's new plan to legally send Afghan workers to Qatar, saying the move would not only help create job opportunities for Afghan workers, but also strengthen relations between Afghanistan and Qatar.

Omari stressed that Afghan workers are among the hardworking and professional people who will work legally and in accordance with labor regulations in Qatar. He also called on neighboring countries, especially the Islamic Republic of Iran, to cooperate in the legal deportation of Afghan workers and provide them with the ground for legal activities.

Omari added that in the past, some Afghan workers had faced problems such as ill-treatment and abuse by human traffickers, and the ministry was trying to end the process of sending workers to different countries through legal means.
