End of the Solidarity Volleyball Cup in Daikundi
The volleyball competition titled "Solidarity Cup", which was recently launched by the Department of Physical Education and Sports of Daikundi Province in Patwai District of the province, ended with the Azadi Tamzan team winning the championship.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Bamyan: Naser Haqiqat, the Director of Physical Education and Sports of Daikundi Province, said in an interview with AVA that they had recently launched the "Solidarity Cup" volleyball competition with the participation of 8 teams in Patwai District of the province, ending with the Azadi Tamzan team winning the championship and the Yaran Wagir team winning the championship.
 
He added that during the competition, Ahmad, a member of the Yaran Wagir team, was named the best center, Sher Mohammad, a member of the Azadi Tamzan team, was named the best shooter, and Abdul, a member of the Azadi Tamzan team, was named the best passer.
 
According to Mr. Haqiqat, these competitions were held with the aim of strengthening empathy, developing volleyball, and identifying sports talents.
 
It is worth noting that previously, volleyball tournaments under the title of District Cup were also held in the center of this province.
