Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Tehran: The Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, expressing deep concern about the situation in Gaza, described it as beyond a humanitarian crisis and as “the systematic destruction of a civilian population under siege.”
Araqchi warned that evidence indicates the strategic intention of the Zionist regime to permanently occupy Gaza, eliminate its political identity, and conduct demographic engineering with the aim of destroying the prospect of Palestinian sovereignty.
He called for immediate, coordinated, and effective action by Islamic countries to stop the aggression, provide immediate assistance, and examine the legal and political dimensions of this crisis.
It was stated that the purpose of this meeting was to focus on examining the ongoing humanitarian disaster in Gaza, coordinating the delivery of urgent humanitarian aid, adopting diplomatic, legal, and economic measures to stop the aggression, and emphasizing the right of self-determination, sovereignty, and return of the Palestinian people.
