China has unveiled its first unmanned ship for recovering reusable rockets. The ship, named "Xingji Guihang", was built by a private aerospace company based in Beijing and is designed as a sea platform for landing the first stage of rockets.

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: The ship's technical specifications are said to be 100 meters long, 42 meters wide and its recovery deck is 40 x 60 meters.
It is also equipped with a dynamic positioning system to coordinate with the rocket's return path.
The ship is supposed to receive reusable rockets such as the SQX-3, developed by iSpace, after launch in the ocean. Its technology is similar to SpaceX's unmanned ships that recover Falcon 9 rockets.
China is the second country, after the United States, to launch such a sea-based platform for recovering rockets. The project is part of China’s ambitious plan to reduce launch costs and enhance its global position in the space industry.
The Xingjie Guiyang is undergoing testing and, if successful, will be deployed in Hainan province by October, ready to receive missiles.
