Netanyahu's nonsense: We seek the liberation of Gaza, not its occupation; if Hamas disarms, the war will end "tomorrow"

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made claims today, Sunday, about the occupation of Gaza and at the same time said that if the Hamas movement "lays down its weapons, the war will end tomorrow".

 

Claiming that our goal is to disarm Hamas and establish a civilian and non-Israeli organization, he clarified: Hamas or the Palestinian Authority will have no role in the new Gaza government.

 

Netanyahu, pointing out that "we do not want Hamas and the Palestinian Authority to be present in Gaza," claimed: "Since Hamas opposes disarmament, Israel must also complete its mission and continue the war."

 

The Israeli prime minister, acknowledging that Hamas still has thousands of troops, continued: "Our policy throughout the war is to prevent a humanitarian crisis, and since the war began, we have sent two million tons of aid to Gaza."

 

In recent statements, Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister of the occupying power in Jerusalem, claimed that Israel's goal is not to occupy Gaza, but to "liberate" it from Hamas control. He put forward five conditions for ending the war:
