Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Samiullah Ibrahimi, spokesman for the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, announced that those who meet the necessary conditions in Kabul, Nangarhar, Kandahar and Herat provinces can register on Wednesday, August 13.
