Chinese investors interested in investing in power generation and establishing factories in Afghanistan
The Ministry of Industry and Commerce says that a number of Chinese investors have expressed their interest in investing in the power generation sector and establishing manufacturing factories in the country during a meeting with the deputy minister of the ministry.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce issued a press release saying that Maulvi Ahmadullah Zahid, the deputy minister of the ministry, met with Chinese investors in his office.

During the meeting, Chinese investors expressed their interest in investing in the power generation, manufacturing factories, and construction sectors and asked the deputy minister for cooperation in these areas.

On the other hand, Maulvi Ahmadullah Zahid, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Affairs of the Ministry, after listening to the talks and welcoming their interest, described Afghanistan as a safe place for investment, saying: "Now, unparalleled facilities have been provided in various sectors for investment." It is worth noting that ensuring nationwide security in Afghanistan and creating more facilities has attracted the attention of foreign investors to investing in the country.
