Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: A special meeting of the Central Commission for Security and Cleanup Affairs was held under the chairmanship of Mullah Rahmatullah Najib, Deputy Chairman of the Commission and Deputy Minister of Interior Affairs. According to the press office of the commission, the 15 Aug, was discussed in this meeting; the participants considered this day as the result of selfless sacrifice and great divine grace, and also considered independence and freedom as the highest values and divinely given rights for the nation.
In addition, the security forces were advised to refrain from any kind of action that causes harm and resentment to the people on the occasion of this auspicious day. It was also emphasized that this day should be celebrated in an Islamic spirit and in the form of a day of thanksgiving.
Previously, regular meetings of the said commission have been held under the chairmanship of Mullah Rahmatullah Najib. In a meeting held a few weeks ago, the general security situation of the country was reviewed, and the participants discussed maintaining peace and proper management of affairs.
It is worth mentioning that in previous meetings, the efforts of the security forces to provide services to the returning migrants were also appreciated, and the commission called for cooperation with relevant institutions to provide the necessary facilities.
According to experts, holding this special meeting on the eve of Asad 14 shows the sensitivity and appreciation of this historic day. Studies show that advising the security forces to avoid actions that upset the people is a step towards strengthening public trust and national cohesion.
