Egypt's head coach cancels friendly match with Zambia due to Israeli coach's presence

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)_ Sports Service: Al-Ahram News Agency reported today, Tuesday, September 1, that "Hossam Hassan", the head coach of the Egyptian national team, has announced his opposition to holding a friendly match against Zambia. The reason for this decision is the presence of Israeli coach "Ovi Grant" on the Zambian team's bench.

 

This stance comes at a time when Mohamed Salah, the captain of the Egyptian national team, had previously opposed the 112 million campaign of the Zionist regime's army due to the murder of "Suleiman Al-Obeid", known as "Pele Palestine", and had provoked a widespread reaction.

 

Egyptian media reported that Hossam Hassan had stated in a letter to the country's football federation that he "is not willing to sit on the Zambian bench in support of the people of Gaza."
