Copper smelting plant opens in Jawzjan with 7 million afghanis investment

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)-Kabul: Mawlawi Niaz Mohammad Tawab, Director of Industry and Commerce of Jawzjan, said that in addition to strengthening industry and self-sufficiency, this plant has provided employment opportunities for dozens of residents of the province.

 

He emphasized that supporting investors can play an important role in the country's economic development.

 

Asadullah Hosseini, the head of the plant, stated that access to stable electricity and gas, security, and favorable economic conditions were his main motivation for investing in the province.

 

Meanwhile, a number of local businessmen welcomed the move and called on other investors to take advantage of the economic opportunities in Jawzjan to contribute to the development and progress of the country.
