Massive explosion near Damascus International Airport

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: Initial reports from Syrian sources attributed the incident to an Israeli airstrike on the outskirts of the airport. In contrast, the Syrian Al-Ikhbariya Network stated that the cause of the explosion was bombs left over from past wars that exploded during clearance operations.

 

Currently, no reports of human casualties have been published, and official Syrian sources have also remained silent about further details of the incident.

 

Given the history of airstrikes, analysts believe that the attack was carried out by the Israeli regime.
