Afghanistan eliminated from Central Asian Nations Cup (CAFA) with draw against India
The national football team played against India in their third and final match of the Central Asian Nations Cup (CAFA) and the match ended in a 0-0 draw.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): The match was held at the stadium in Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan. As a result, Afghanistan finished bottom of Group B with only one point from three games and were eliminated from the tournament.
 
Afghanistan had previously lost 3-1 to Iran and 2-0 to Tajikistan.
 
Afghanistan's performance in the tournament includes; They lost to Iran (3-1), lost to Tajikistan (2-0) and drew to India (0-0).
