Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)-Bamyan: A ceremony to celebrate the birthday of the great Prophet of Islam (PBUH) and the beginning of Unity Week, as well as the return of Sayyid Chaman Amini, a tribal elder of Yaka-Walang district of Bamyan province, and his honorable wife from the holy shrines of Iraq and Iran, was held on Thursday, September.
Hojjat-ul-Islam Wal-Muslimeen Sayyid Isa Hosseini Mazari, head of the Center for Social and Cultural Activities of Tebyan Afghanistan, during his speech at the ceremony, referred to the time interval between the 12th of Rabi-ul-Awwal, which is the birthday of the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) according to the Sunni calendar, and the 17th of Rabi-ul-Awwal, which is the birthday of the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) according to the Shiite calendar, and said: The interval between these two dates has been named Unity Week.
He stated: This naming was done by Imam Khomeini (may God have mercy on him) and it was a measure that he believed was very thoughtful and intelligent, because Imam Khomeini (may God have mercy on him) had recognized well that in the new era, only a united Islamic front can stand against the enemies, and this front must include the joint presence of Shiites and Sunnis.
According to the head of the Tebyan Center, after this initiative, numerous real and legal movements and figures in the Islamic world took serious steps to realize unity and cohesion among Muslims, and today the results and fruits of that historical decision can be clearly seen in various fields.
Referring to the current developments in the region and the role of Shiites in defending the Palestinian nation, Hosseini Mazari said: Today, unity and solidarity between the followers of the two Islamic religions is at an unprecedented stage, and this unity has not remained only in the form of slogans, but has emerged in the field of action. He added: You see the situation in Gaza and Palestine; Which forces and which personalities shed the most blood to defend the Palestinian people?! It was the Shiites who stood by the Sunni Palestinian brothers.
The head of the Tebyan Center mentioned the martyrs of Hezbollah in Lebanon and said: Many leaders and fighters of this great movement sacrificed their lives to defend the Sunni Palestinians. He pointed to the role of the Yemeni people and stated: The only nation that stands firmly and steadfastly by the Palestinian people today is the Yemeni people, who paid a heavy price for this cause, and even in recent days a number of their commanders and important personalities were martyred.
Or the Islamic Republic of Iran, if it had not been a supporter of Palestine and the resistance against the Zionist regime and all the arrogance of the supporters of this bloodthirsty regime, it would not have made so many sacrifices and would not have borne the heavy material and spiritual price.
Hosseini Mazari emphasized: All these sacrifices are made while the Palestinian nation is all Sunni and there is no Shiite among them, but the Shiites of the world have sacrificed their blood without any consideration to support their brothers and sisters.
The head of the Tebyan Center reminded that since Imam Khomeini (may God have mercy on him) established the International Quds Day as a symbol of support for the Palestinian nation, the Shiites have always been at the forefront of this support, and the Afghan nation has not been an exception to this rule. He said: The founders of the International Quds Day in Afghanistan were Shiite movements and personalities, and the Tebyan Center held the first Quds Day march in Kabul in 2007.
Stating that this process continued every year and that various programs and gatherings were held throughout the year in support of the Palestinian people, he pointed out the heavy costs that this path entailed for the Tabyan Center, and said: The explosion of the center's headquarters in 1396, which led to the martyrdom of 52 of the best forces and the injury of more than 140 others, as well as the explosion of the Tabyan Center's office in Mazar-e-Sharif, was the price of standing on the path of Islamic unity and defending Palestine.
The head of the Tabyan Center continued to discuss the importance of honoring the name and memory of the Prophet of Islam (peace be upon him and his family) and said; The Prophet of Islam (peace be upon him and his family) is an absolute light and brought goodness and blessings to humanity, and today, only remembering and honoring his name and personality can bring new goodness and blessings to the Islamic community.
He emphasized: The people of Afghanistan today need the Prophet of Islam (peace be upon him and his family), his goals and his path and methods more than ever before, and they must move on this path. He asked the attendees, even if they have not taken any action to commemorate this day until now, to observe this day by any means possible after the end of the assembly, even by posting a short message on social media.
Hosseini Mazari then addressed the issue of visiting the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and said: No matter how much we are devoted to the infallible and pure family (peace be upon them), we must also respect their pilgrims. He emphasized that every Muslim, if he can, should visit the shrines of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) at least once a year or more, because this connection and spiritual bond between humans He will make you dear in this world and happy in the Hereafter.
The head of the Tabyan Center continued by citing the saying of the Prophet of Islam (peace be upon him and his family) who said, “Hussain is from me and I am from Hussein,” and said: The meaning of the first part of this hadith is that Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) is from the lineage and offspring of the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family), and this was the answer to the doubts that the polytheists of early Islam raised that the Prophet did not have a son and his lineage was interrupted. However, the meaning of the second part of the hadith is that the survival of Islam and the name of the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) depend on the uprising of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him and his family).
According to him, the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) was the cause of the origin of Islam, and Imam Hussein (peace be upon him and his family) was the cause of the rest of it. He explained; The great Prophet of Islam established the religion of Islam and established the Islamic government during his twenty-three-year mission, but after his death, the religion was exposed to deviations and distortions, and Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) rose up to save the religion and sacrificed his blood and that of his companions. Hosseini Mazari added: If it were not for this uprising, there would be no name of Islam left today and the world would be completely at the disposal of the Yazidis and the arrogant.
Referring to the current situation in the world, the head of the Tebyan Center said: Today, the Yazidis of the time still exist and Trump is at their head, but the Islamic nation stood against America and NATO and, including the Mujahideen of Afghanistan, brought America to its knees with their resistance and defeated it; a defeat that was unprecedented in the history of America.
Hosseini Mazari reminded: The Tebyan Center also incurred heavy costs in this path, and the martyrdom of dozens of members of this center was the price of fighting America and global arrogance. He said: These resistances are a continuation of the same path of Hussein that has preserved the honor of Islam in the world.
The head of the Tabyan Center then asked a question and said: Now the fundamental question is what should we do so that the Prophet of Islam (peace be upon him and his family) can say about us, "These people are from me and I am from these people"? He replied: Although we are not infallible, we can revive Islam by acting on the teachings of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) and following him, and gain the honor of being connected to the Prophet of Islam (peace be upon him and his family).
Pointing out that in order to achieve this, we must learn the lessons of Ashura and implement them in our lives, he said: Ashura has many lessons and I have written down thirteen important lessons: piety, guardianship, organization, a specific goal, planning, management, using propaganda and media, psychological operations, recognizing the root of problems, attracting private interests and guiding the public, seeking martyrdom, prioritizing the interests of the group over the individual, and considering problems and difficulties as a factor of growth, not a deterrent.
Hosseini Mazari stated that the most important lesson of Ashura is the duty of enjoining good and forbidding evil, and stated: Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) also explicitly introduced the goal of their uprising as this divine obligation.
The head of the Tabyan Center, appreciating the Islamic Emirate's initiative in establishing the Ministry of Enjoining Good and Forbidding Evil, said: The principle of this initiative is positive and can be supported, although there are some considerations regarding the methods of implementation. He emphasized: If enjoining good and forbidding evil are stopped, prayer, fasting, and even humanity will disappear, and society will be headed for destruction.
Hosseini Mazari added: The basic condition for implementing enjoining good is individual reform, and first we must review our beliefs and actions. He said: In the area of beliefs, we must have clear and correct foundations, and in worship, we must take the first prayer of the day seriously and with the presence of the heart, just as Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) did not leave the first prayer of the day on the noon of Ashura.
The head of the Tabyan Center emphasized: If real prayer is offered, a person will become powerful in all areas and social and political weaknesses will be eliminated.
Hosseini Mazari continued by saying about morality: If a person wants to be a Husseini, he must avoid lies, backbiting, slander, and immorality. He criticized violence against women, especially in Afghanistan, and said: If Afghan men are not morally upright, no amount of worship will save them. He added: The Prophet of Islam (peace be upon him and his family) was able to conquer the world with good morals, and if we claim to follow the Prophet of Islam (peace be upon him and his family) and Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), we must be well-behaved and well-mannered.
In the final part of his speech, the head of the Tabyan Center referred to the issue of hijab and said: Observing hijab is important because lack of hijab is the beginning of immorality, and if immorality spreads in society, goodness and blessings will disappear.
Hosseini Mazari emphasized that families should invite their daughters and women to observe hijab with good words and encouragement and not allow lack of hijab to spread, because this issue is the starting point of social deviations.
In conclusion, the head of the Tabyan Center noted that enjoining good and forbidding evil is the duty of everyone and should start with families, and no one in any position should fail to fulfill this duty, even if it causes them harm.
