Qatar regrets $400 million gift to Trump? Israel
The Independent newspaper wrote in an analytical report that the Israeli regime's airstrike on the capital of Qatar has not only caused widespread shock among Arab allies, but also caused Qatar to consider US security guarantees violated. The attack occurred at a time when Qatar had spent billions of dollars in recent years to strengthen relations with Washington; including donating a $400 million luxury plane to US President Donald Trump.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA)-International Service: According to the Independent, Israel's attack on Doha, which was previously known as a safe zone in the Persian Gulf, has strained Tel Aviv's relations with Washington and challenged America's credibility as a guarantor of Qatar's security.

A Free Press investigation showed that Qatar had invested about $100 billion in improving relations with the United States and last May provided Trump with a luxury Boeing jet as a temporary replacement for Air Force One, a move that was met with widespread moral criticism.

In response to the Israeli attack, Trump expressed dissatisfaction and emphasized that he had no role in Tel Aviv’s decision and said that he had sent his special envoy to warn Qatar, but that the warning was issued late and was ineffective.

According to Fars, he wrote on the social network Truth Social: “Unilateral bombing inside Qatar, an independent country and a close ally of the United States, does not contribute to the goals of Israel or the United States.”

A spokesman for the Qatari Foreign Ministry also called the attack a “clear violation of international law” and a “serious threat to the security of Qatari citizens and residents,” but refrained from directly criticizing the United States.

The Independent concluded its report by saying that Qatar may now regret its "unconditional generosity" towards Trump, although at the time of the plane donation, it had described the move as a friendly gesture to strengthen relations with Washington.
