Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Islamic Emirate officials announced that in this meeting, the two sides exchanged views on strategies for expanding bilateral relations, issues related to citizens, investment and other opportunities in Afghanistan.
According to Hamdullah Fitrat, Deputy Spokesperson of the Islamic Emirate, in this meeting, the two sides exchanged views on expanding bilateral relations, the fate of prisoners in the two countries, as well as investment opportunities and economic opportunities in Afghanistan.
It was also said that the two sides emphasized continuing talks on bilateral relations, especially regarding citizens imprisoned in each other's countries.
Referring to the past talks in Doha, Maulvi Amir Khan Muttaqi stated that now is a good opportunity for relations to return to normal and that there is no complex problem in bilateral relations that is difficult to solve.
On the other hand, the American delegation assessed its previous visit to Kabul as useful and added that the two sides should continue to make efforts in the continuation of the past meetings to achieve desirable results.
