Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Maulvi Zabihullah Mujahid, the general spokesman for the Islamic Emirate, announced today (Sunday, October 5) by publishing an article on the X network that a three-day seminar has been held for all governors and district governors of the country in Kandahar province.
The spokesman for the Islamic Emirate further added that the purpose of holding this meeting was to provide information regarding “their work integrity, better implementation of laws and the importance of good behavior with people” and that speeches were made within this framework.
However, Maulvi Zabihullah Mujahid did not provide details about which high-ranking officials of the Islamic Emirate will be the speakers at this important meeting.
It is worth mentioning that seminars with the presence of the Leader of the Islamic Emirate had previously been held in Kandahar Province.
