In a note published by Hojjat-ul-Islam Wal-Muslimeen Sayed Isa Hosseini Mazari, head of the Tebyan Center for Cultural and Social Activities, in response to Pakistan's recent atrocities, he described the events and analyzed the regional consequences, and called on the people and neighboring countries to support Afghanistan at this critical juncture.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Hosseini Mazari wrote at the beginning of his note that "after the Ministry of Defense announced the end of the attacks after the success of the revenge operation against Pakistan, the media reported new Pakistani attacks on points in Kandahar province, and this suggests that Pakistan is seeking more evil."

He then explained his opinion on the strategic importance of Afghanistan by referring to previous regional and global experiences and wrote: "As I have said many times, especially during the 12-day imposed war by NATO led by the US and carried out by Israel against the Islamic Republic of Iran, I raised it for the first time in a message; Iran is the first bulwark against Israel and the West, and if it collapses, not only all Islamic countries, but also China, Russia and India will gather, and America will gain dominance over everyone; now the same theory is also true regarding the issue of Afghanistan, and perhaps it seems more important at times and stages."
Continuing the note, he considered Pakistan's attack on Afghanistan "definitely coordinated with the United States" and warned about its possible consequences: "If the country's defenders fail to meet Pakistan's attacks, even with the support of the West and the United States, and Pakistan gains the upper hand, the ground will certainly be prepared for America's return to Afghanistan and at least the Bagram base and other strategic points of the country will be seized. Then, problems will be created not only for Afghanistan but also for the entire region. The grounds for the security, intelligence, and even military dominance of the United States and its regional allies and mercenaries over Iran, China, Russia, and India will also be prepared, and they will destroy the Eastern Bloc." The head of the Tebyan Center, referring to two domestic and regional factors that could be effective against Pakistan's actions, wrote: "It is on this basis that it is not believed that Afghanistan will be left alone in this confrontation. On the one hand, the deadly attacks of the Afghan army, supported by the people inside and neighboring countries, and on the other hand, the existence of numerous internal problems in Pakistan, especially the economy, and the active and powerful opposition groups to the government, are not unlikely to provide the means to inflict a heavy blow on Pakistan.
He then called the current crisis a "historical test" for Afghanistan and emphasized that overcoming this crisis will strengthen the country's regional capability and authority: "With the conditions that have been mentioned; Afghanistan has been exposed to a historical test, and if it can overcome this crisis safely, it will certainly have a clear, transparent, and effective say in the field of domestic and foreign policy as a powerful, established regional country, and it will provide public welfare and national and international authority for Afghanistan."
In another part of the note, this political activist addressed the citizens of the country at home and abroad and called on them to put aside their internal differences and called for them to “act with one hand and one voice to support the military, law enforcement and security forces of Afghanistan and stand in a united front against any external aggression, whether neighboring or otherwise.”
Hosseini Mazari also called on the countries of the region to take action and begin to provide explicit and decisive support for Afghanistan: “Although the countries of the region, especially the four corners of China, Russia, Iran and India, are currently aware of the Western dangers and its factors and understand the importance of Afghanistan in the cohesion and power of the Eastern bloc, they need to get more serious and take explicit and decisive action to support and back Afghanistan. Otherwise, tomorrow will be too late and terrible blows will be inflicted on the Asian region.”
This note by the head of the Tebyan Center contains a series of analyses, warnings and calls that he has put forward in response to the series of events that, according to his report, have begun with new Pakistani attacks on Kandahar province. While listing possible regional and international dangers, he emphasized the role of the people and regional allies in continuing the resistance and preserving Afghanistan's national sovereignty.
