Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministries of Higher Education and Mines and Petroleum

Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: The press office of the Ministry of Higher Education today (Monday, October 13) issued a press release saying that a memorandum of understanding has been signed between this ministry and the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum for the joint use of scientific and specialized capacities, exchange of experiences and show commitment.

 

According to the press release, in a meeting held on this occasion at the Ministry of Higher Education, Sheikh Zia-ur-Rahman Al-Aryubi, Deputy Minister of Education, said that all government institutions must be coordinated with each other, because they are all interconnected and work for a single goal.

 

He also added that signing agreements is essential for good coordination management and through this we can achieve our goals in a better way.

 

The Deputy Minister of Education also stated that Afghanistan is a country rich in minerals, so the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum is one of the important ministries that needs professionals for good management and leadership, and the Ministry of Higher Education trains professionals and specialists for this sector.

 

Sheikh Abdul Rahman Qanet, Deputy Minister of Planning and Policy at the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum, also said that the Ministry of Education and the Ministries of Higher Education are at the forefront of all institutions and are considered human resources.

 

He also added that before the establishment of the Islamic Emirate, the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum was under the policies of foreign countries and nothing was done for it, but now, things are going well.
