Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - International Service: According to Hebrew-language media, the Israeli regime is preparing to welcome US President Donald Trump.
The media had previously stated that Trump is scheduled to speak in the Knesset (Israeli parliament) following his efforts to achieve a ceasefire agreement and prisoner exchange between Hamas and the Israeli regime.
It has been about ten years since a US president last spoke in the Knesset.
On Saturday night, Steve Whittaker, Trump's special envoy for family affairs, along with Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump, his son-in-law and daughter, spoke among the families of Israeli prisoners. The speech was delivered to a large crowd of residents of occupied Palestine in Tel Aviv's Prisoners' Square, during which they thanked Trump for his actions to achieve a ceasefire and prisoner exchange.
