More than 8 billion Afghanis distributed to disabled people, orphans in the country in the last four months
More than 8 billion Afghanis have been distributed to people with disabilities, orphans and orphans in the past four months, officials at the Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled said at a news conference at the government's media center.
Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) - Kabul: Maulvi Kalimullah Afghan, the head of finance at the Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled, said this at a press conference at the government's information and media center on Monday.
 
He added that by the end of the year, another four billion Afghanis would be deposited into their bank accounts.
 
Mr. Afghan said that so far, 694,000 "deserving" people have been registered with the Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled.
 
He said the Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled in the center and provinces of the country has provided the ground for learning technical and vocational training for orphans and disabled children.
 
The head of finance of the Ministry of Martyrs added that since this year, charities have distributed food and non-food aid worth $10 million to 70,000 orphans, heirs of martyrs and disabled people.
