Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): According to eyewitnesses, the Zionist occupying forces simultaneously attacked various cities and camps this morning (Saturday, October 18), including Termesa'iya in the north of Ramallah, Balata camp in the east of Nablus, and Qalandiya camp in the north of occupied Jerusalem.
During the raid on Qalandiya, Israeli soldiers fired tear gas and threw sound grenades.
The Zionists also raided the town of Anata in the northeast of occupied Jerusalem and searched the home of "Mahmoud Musa Issa", a prisoner who had been released and deported to Egypt.
In Jenin, the occupying forces attacked the Al-Marah neighborhood and several other areas, including Beit Qad and Jenin city, and arrested two young Palestinians from inside a residential building.
Also, south of Nablus, the city of Beita witnessed widespread clashes, and the occupying forces, in addition to arresting several Palestinians, detained the Beita relief and rescue team near the “Samer Abu Zeitoun” area for a while.
Local sources report the deployment of the occupying army’s support forces around Beita city and the continuation of clashes in various areas of the occupied West Bank.
According to media reports, since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on Gaza on October 7, 2023 (15 Mizan 1402), the regime’s army has increased the scope of its operations in the West Bank.
Israeli soldiers raid Palestinian homes and farms in the West Bank daily, and the region is witnessing a wave of tensions and field clashes between Palestinians and Israeli soldiers, as well as raids on neighborhoods and arrests of Palestinians by the Zionists.
Following a prisoner exchange agreement between the Hamas movement and the Zionist regime, a group of Palestinian and Zionist prisoners were released on Monday.
