He added that talks headed by the Minister of National Defense are underway with the Pakistani side in Doha and the Islamic Emirate is awaiting the results of these talks.
Seyyed Abbas Araqchi, while expressing his satisfaction with the start of the talks, emphasized the resolution of differences through diplomacy and announced Iran’s readiness to cooperate in this process. This position was appreciated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate and it was emphasized that the talks will continue in a practical manner.
These talks were held while Pakistani forces bombed parts of Paktika province again last night, killing and wounding a number of civilians and cricketers.
