Afghan Voice Agency (AVA): A group of people and social activists in Colombia gathered in front of the US embassy in Bogota to protest its interventionist policies, chanting slogans in support of Palestine and Venezuela, expressing their anger at Washington's domineering behavior.
According to Sputnik News Agency, representatives of indigenous communities and several social movements were present at the rally.
During the protests, clashes broke out between demonstrators and security forces, and some protesters attacked the US embassy building using bows, arrows and incendiary devices.
Local media reported that security forces used tear gas and anti-riot equipment to disperse the protesters.
This is despite the fact that the protesters emphasized that their goal was to bring the voices of the people of Palestine and Venezuela to the international community.
